What we collect when you request a quote

Your name, email address and, if you provide it, a phone number
Your company name, if you tell us the request is for a business
Origin and destination addresses, access notes and inventory notes
Any photos you choose to attach
How you arrived at the site, if that information was in the link you followed

Marketing is separate and optional

Requesting a quote does not sign you up for marketing email. Marketing consent is a separate, optional checkbox on the quote form. If you leave it unchecked, we will still handle your quote request normally, and we will only contact you about that request.

If you do opt in, we record the exact wording you agreed to and when, and you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Photos you upload

Photos are stored privately. They are not publicly accessible, are not served from a public URL, and are reviewed before anyone in the business works with them.

Retention and access

Quote requests are kept as business records. Access is limited to staff who need it for your job. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, use the contact route on this site.
